1. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth so the under-chin tightens. Then proceed to tighten the tong, relax, tighten the tongue, and relax. Do it for 2-5 minutes per day and you will eventually see the result.
2. Here is another tested exercise that may help you to get rid of your double chin. Open your mouth; stretch it as wide as you can, without feeling discomfort. Hold that open mouth for about 15 seconds. Look at your watch to time yourself. Afterwards, close your mouth. Keep it closed, and rested, for about five second, and then repeat the wide open position for the same amount of time as you did before. Keep doing this exercise 7-10 times every day and you will see some changes.
3. With your head upright and not bent, pretend to chew on something with some exaggeration, opening and closing your mouth bigger than usual. You will feel almost no strain on the muscles under your chin. Now, tilt your head up slightly, like you were a sign way above, and do the same exaggerated chewing. You will feel your chin’s under muscles strain. Keep chewing for ten seconds. For extra strain, tilt your head up a little more and slow down the chewing. Thrice a day, do this.
4. Here is the last exercise I am going to discuss to get rid of double chin. It is very simple and easy to perform. Do a neck rotation. With your head upright, tilt it back and do a windmill motion with your head from one side until the circle completes. Notice that the arc of the circle when your head is tilted backwards strains the neck muscles. Do that arc and that arc only, for ten seconds. Do this three times everyday.
